•    Are we developing the software in the right way? (verification)
•    Is the software good? (validation)

The project manager is responsible for organizing the software verification and validation process in cooperation with the development team. All activities are performed in accordance with the project plan, while the identified faults are timely dealt with.

The procedures are repeated iteratively until verification of the agreed specification or the set standard is achieved.
