Quality of work, as the foundation of a long-term partnership with the customer, is emphasized through evaluation of work by the customer in every phase of the software life cycle.

The basic questions that need to be answered are:

•    Are the goals of the project assignment being achieved?
•    Are we abiding by all the provisions of the contract?
•    Are we meeting the project implementation plan?

Work quality assurance is aimed at confirming or modifying the goals set out in the Project assignment, and revising the project implementation plans. In addition, the customer often does not hire external experts and advisors for work control, so internal control is necessary.
Documentation

During the project implementation and the entire process of software development, technical documentation that describes the application system is developed, to be used by the personnel which maintains the system. User documentation in the form of a manual is also developed.

User training

Training for the customer's personnel is necessary for the productive and efficient use of the new system. The aim of the training is to qualify the personnel to perform everyday tasks independently. The training is carried out in the offices of ConnexIT or the client, as agreed.
