In November 2014, ConnexIT established contacts and achieved a successful cooperation with Canton with Directorate of civil protection of Sarajevo Canton in Sarajevo. In December 2014 ConnexIT has signed an exclusive contract for the delivery, assembly, installation and start-up of information - communication equipment in Operation centre of civil protection of Sarajevo Canton. Delivery of goods and services is realized thru the part of the project named: "System for communication and IT support of Cantonal Operations Centre Directorate in civil protection of Sarajevo Canton. In project was implemented modern solution of Call Centre based on Cisco technology.
