By signing the contract with a German company MIH GMBH, our company has spread its activity into the market of European Union. MIH GMBH is known as one of the leading companies in the area of building FTTH (Fiber to the Home) infrastructure. Company MIH does its activities in collaboration with the leading investor in Germany, "Deutsche Glasfaser", when it comes to broadband internet access and modern IT servers.
Prediction of this project is the implementation of software solution to the support for business processes of company MIH, with emphasis on tracking efficiency and effectivity of all processes. The project will be implemented as a cloud version and it will allow all users to access to the implemented systems in real time.
This project contains processes of planning and acquisition, process of infrastructure realisation and connection of end users to the client support systems. Solution includes managing resources, in terms of warehouse operations, employees and their effectiveness.
The project is just the beginning of the planned collaboration, for the upcoming period, in the field of IT support for the services of MIH.
